[OFFICIAL GAME] Mafia I

In the normally tranquil village of Macintosh, a dark presence is about to make itself known. For the past few years, an underground family based crime syndicate known as The Mafia has been covertly establishing its presence in the community. Up until now, the citizens of Macintosh have been blind to the evil that surrounded them. However, tonight is the night the Mafia makes its move. Tonight, the first person will die; until the Mafia has decimated all opposition, the innocent towns folk will continue to die. Unless, of course, the Mafia is destroyed first; but how will paranoia affect the decision of the townspeople? Will they turn on each other?

NOTE: You can only advertise your role in the game thread (although not suggested) do not bring this up in another part of the forum or in a PM, you will be killed when caught.
4 MAFIA:(Win when they are equal in number to the townies.)
1 Godfather: In charge of sending out the night kill choices. Appears innocent to the cops.
3 Goons: Basic mafia members
10 TOWNIES: (Win when all Mafia members are dead.)
1 Doctor: Can protect one player a night from being killed.
8 Townies: Basic towns member, tries to lynch the mafia. No special ability.
1 Cop: Can investigate one player each night, to see if they are mafia or townies.
1 OTHER: (Wins when everyone is dead.)
1 Serial Killer: He works alone, he can kill one person every night.

THE STORY - DAY 1
As the sun rises on the quiet town of Macintosh, a grueling discovery is made by a local townsperson. The Mafia had drawn their first blood, and there were sure to be more to come. Kris Rosin's body was found hideously mutilated, strung up like a scarecrow in a cornfield splashed with rubies. There was no misunderstanding of who this crime was committed by. A trademark was left at the scene of the crime, a playing card with the letter "M" for mafia on it, soaked in the victims blood. With tension in the air, the nervous and suspicious townsfolk will gather to decide who is part of the Mafia and who they believe killed Kris Rosin.

A dark sun sets over the blood drenched town of Macintosh. But the villagers would not sleep easy tonight, because of, FAILURE, they had killed one of their own, leaving the Mafia at large. For the person they had decided to hang, through a majority vote, was John "The Brick" Rose, an innocent victim to the hysteria of the village.

With villagers on high alert and a third person to die by lynching, the townpeople think that the Mafia are unlikely to try anything again...
...they are wrong.
