Season Four - Week 3 - Top Ten Empty Season Four - Week 3 - Top Ten

Post  John The Brick Rose Sat Jul 26, 2008 6:16 pm

Following up an incredible week of twists, turns, upsets, and returns, it's amazing how little our Top Ten changes. Those who hold their spots, refuse to back down. So with just one week left to CFWAR, here we go with this weeks rankings.

1. The Management Planner
He is the Champion . . . the CFWA World Champion. Is there any question that why he's the number one name on the hit list? Add to that fact that he is also a fighting champion, willing to take on any comers. This week alone, TMP had two strong match ups. He defeated Johnny Cannon on Thursday, and had a war raged with John "The Brick" Rose on Friday. But his next challenger could prove to be the last one for the Championship. The Chessman is coming for gold, but how will TMP secure his stocks?

2. Wing of Chaos
As the waves crash against the cold dark shore, Wing of Chaos is riding high and refusing to break. He has stood tall as Tsunami Champion, but is Chaos about to meet his match? Kris Rosin returned this week to shock the world, and his sights are set dead on the Tsunami holder. Will CFWAR cement the age of Chaos? Or will order finally be restored?

3. Frosty Chillingsworth
The cold front continues throughout the ranks of CFWA, as the Wildcard holder has retained once again this past Thursday. The unpredictable ice-cream man has begun his preparations for his rendezvous next week with Mad Redneck. The question is, will the Redneck bring the fire that burns inside him? Or will the Wildcard holder extinguish his flame?

4. Chessman
As each pawn steps forward, closer and closer to the edge, Chessman is far beyond the point of no return. The insane logician has brought a new plan to the Management Planner. A lumberjack match for the title. Will TMP's corporate posse be enough to topple the "King"? Or will Chessman bring a set of lumberjacks equally insane as he is? CFWAR looms around the corner with the answers.

5. Far East Donkey Punch
Once again, the tag team champions retain their titles in what appeared to be a walk in the park for the team of Squall Cloud and Pedro Legend. In one week, the team will meet the toughest challenge any tag team has faced yet in the CFWA. They will enter the First Ever Tag Team Elimination chamber. A match in which the champions don't need to be pinned to win, a pure test of survival and luck of the draw. Can the Far East succeed, or will victory prove Far Out of their reach?

6. Crime and Punishment
Whether it be as a reknown tag team, or in singles competition, Karze and John "The Brick" Rose continue to make their presence known here in the CFWA. Both members had impressive showings this past week, as they prepared not only for Tag Team Elimination Chamber, as well as show The Organization that The Rebellion would not be silence. However, they have to set their focus on the task at end, or else Crime and Punishment will fall at CFWAR.

7. Tsikenonwaristak
Another week and another win for Tsikenonwaristak. Next week, he will see if his training of young Tom Dudely will pay off. The two will join forces for the first time, as they make their tag debut in Tag Team Elimination Chamber. Will Tsikenonwaristak prove himself as a master trainer, or will DoC and Tsiken regret the time lost in their own time and energy.

8. Mask of Fury
It's time to look beyond the mask, and see that Fury is burning up the competition as of late. This week, newcome La Meako met his match in a strong debut match against the Mask. The tensions of the Rebel/Organization war hang high in the air, but for Mask of Fury it's the ticking Timebomb that has his focus. Is this feud the stepping stone back to greatness for Fury, or will it be Final Countdown?

9. The Mad Redneck
That's right folks, starting his climb back to the top, The Redneck has returned to the spotlight once again. Biding his time, The Mad Redneck has chosen not to cash in his title opportunity just yet. Instead Red has opted to take revenge on the one who took away his Wildcard title. Locked and loaded, Red is streaming forward and his target is Frosty. Only time will tell if lightning strikes twice for Frosty, or if Redneck will have his honor back.

10. Titanium Rage
Dragonfist and Wrecking Ball have had their ups and downs in the win loss category, but they have not lost focus of their original goal. The Tag Team Titles. One week and counting, the team has entered heavy training sessions to move towards the fame and fortune of being Champions. The Tag Team Elimination Chamber will claim many teams, but will Rage be able to overcome? Only time will tell.

Honorable Mentions (soon to be top ten members)
As usual, these wrestlers are those who have stepped up and we have noticed. I give these superstars all the respect for knowing that they are not yet ready to be considered for gold, but are doing everything they can to earn that right. It is only a matter of time before we see a strap around someone's waist.

Manogre, Amen, Timebomb, and The Philadelphia Phighter - four of the most active in all aspects of the fed, I take my hat off to you all, and expect to see great things next season. Keep up the good work.
