Amen's gimmick

Name: Amen (birth name; David Hatchman)

Personality: Amen is a cheerful guy but can also be serious. Normally he is something in between serious and cheerful. He normally respect people unless they annoy him too much. Very rarely he swears, he normally only raises his voice. He is often laid back and social when he is around friends or fans. He normally makes friends with the most, but also the type some hate. He is a family man who likes spending time with his family. He never cheats or lie, he finds that pathetic and weak, just like he don’t like playing dirty.

History: Amen did grow up in a middle-class home, and they weren’t rich but neither poor. They were catholic’s but did not practice it much. He often watched wrestling with his friends and as he became teenager he started practice. Often with his friends did he ‘play’ or imitate moves from TV. Tried Greco-roman wrestling but that was not quite him. Then he started to practice freestyle wrestling (also known as show wrestling or real wrestling) but he did not really like the ‘show’ part because he preferred to really wrestling. As the years passed he grew better and better until at the age of 18 he got his official debut. The first year was going fine until Amen’s father passed away and Amen got on a losing streak. Amen tried to search help from family and friends, but it wasn’t enough. Then one day he was going home for vacation he passed by the local catholic church. And after thinking a bit he droved back to the church and entered. His only memory was from his father recent funeral but it was a strong memory. As he entered he was greeted by the priest whom he told his story to. The priest then told Amen ‘My son, when everything else fails, then seek out your god and he will help you’. This was a turning point in his life and the reason to he took the name Amen, before that he had wrestled under the name David the Hatch. He got baptized and started to go to church every Sunday no matter where he were.
He also started to wrestle in a new way of being fair and never be a sore loser.
Amen recently joined CFWA were he is trying to make his name known.

Gimmick: Being a fair, friendly and good guy

Advantages and Disadvantages:
Amen often stands up for other people and like helping the weak.
Amen isn’t a push over guy and will defend himself at any given chance.
Amen is often training and when not he usually just relaxes and hangs out with his friends.
