Like Soccer or Football?

OK, so I have found two games, one soccer and one American football, that I think are pretty cool and thought I should share the wealth, plus it helps out my players and team.

I'm playing 2 football (or american: soccer) managers as well.

The one is only text based but with over a million active users pretty populat. It's called Hattrick.

I started playing it in 2006 and I'm still stuck in a very low league. There are even some real-live sports bookies that take bets on Hettrick games.

The other one looks more interesting (and in my eyes is a little better as well). It's called Managerzone and there you can watch your matches in a 3D engine. There are some 700000 members worldwide that play it, so also pretty popular.
In MZ, you can manage a soccer team and also there's the possibility to manage a hockey (ice hockey) team.
I started MZ in 2003 and I'm currently in the highest german soccer-league and the second german hockey-league (was ranked 14 in the world and 1st in Germany some years ago in hockey though)

They are pretty different, that's why I still play them both.

Like TWG they are free but you can invest money on special matches or supporter member.

From the looks of Trophy Manager, a lot of people have switched from Hattrick to TM, I would say if you like HT you'll like TM too, maybe even better.
