Selling AT's Empty Selling AT's

Hey guys can you help me because I dont know what to do with my AT's. Should I sell all my AT's or not. These are my AT's:

Inner Rage: 1. Suckling
Increased Resistance: 2. Awkward
Increased Block: 1. Suckling
Damage Resistance: 1. Suckling
Increased Dodging: 1. Suckling
Power Blow: 1. Suckling
Power Body: 2. Awkward
Mortal Submission: 1. Suckling

Also if I sell all my AT's will I get my XP's back?

as far as I am aware, it take 20 TPs to sell the ATs and keep the whole experience per AT if i recall well.
